For National Deliveries
We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
In Scotland, we adopt a “Challenge 25” policy, which by definition means, if anyone who appears to be under the age of 25, may, at the discretion of the delivery driver, they may request to see government issued or approved forms of photo ID. OGV Taproom only accepts the following forms of photo ID: UK or EU Drivers Licence or Passport. Failure to show acceptable and approved forms of photo ID, will result in the delivery not being completed.
Any costs associated with a failed delivery will be borne by the recipient.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.
No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.
Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. OGV Taproom will not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.
