Bar Staff
We’re looking for Bar Staff to add to our exciting new team. OGV Taproom will be opening our first bar in Aberdeen City centre in Summer 2021, and our first plan of action is to build the best bar team possible. Are you enthusiastic, motivated and looking for a new adventure? Then this could be for you!
We are looking for individuals with a love for working in a hands-on, busy paced environment and have a natural approach to engaging with guests and team members. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate people that will become our team and act as brand ambassadors for OGV Taproom . You will contribute to the smooth operation of the Taproom, your main role will be to greet, serve and look after our guests, making sure they have a great time and want to visit again.
Previous experience would be helpful but not essential as full training will be given.

Head Chef
We are looking for a Head Chef to add to our exciting new team. OGV Taproom will be opening our first bar in Aberdeen City centre in Summer 2021. Are you enthusiastic, motivated and looking for a new adventure? Then this could be for you!
We are looking for an experienced, positive, and enthusiastic Head Chef to help design and deliver a brand-new food menu to OGV Taproom. The Head Chef will lead the food team and oversee all food, safety, and compliance.
What are we looking for in our Head Chef?
– A calm and organised person who will motivate and lead the team and provide structure and progressive training for all the team.
– An experienced and well-trained food professional who understands that a kitchen with flawless food hygiene standards and organisational systems will produce better food, better chefs and better profits.
– A knowledgeable Chef who takes pride in producing great quality, fresh food and will work with the General Manager to ensure consistently high standards.

What do I need?
– A great passion for food and hospitality.
