About this event
‘Here’s the Two Tams Part 2. is a charity performance event that is being organised by three long-time friends from the North-East to raise money for the local VSA charity and the Ruthrieston House care facility in Aberdeen.
Gary McRobb, Tommy Webster and Frank Clifton, friends of 40 years have joined forces again to organise this amazing follow up evening in honour of Gary McRobb and Tommy Webster’s late fathers, both named Tom and known collaboratively as ‘The Two Tam’s’ – introducing Here’s the Two Tams Part 2.
Smash Dementia-The Two Tams Part 1 was held on 1st July 2023 and attracted an overwhelming attendance of 450 and subsequently raised approximately £7000.00
The funds go toward a range of services provided by the VSA
· Mental health and welling support.
· Adult and later years in life services
· Learning disability services
· Linn Moor school and campus
· Children and family services
· Financial support grants
Part 2 will feature a fantastic line-up of live music and entertainment, including the following:
– Bryan McAdams – a Bryan Adams tribute band “taking you back to the summer of 69”
– Sibling Sons – Four-piece Indie and Rock cover band. Based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
– McMontage, performing all your favourite songs from the 1980s and 1990s
– A DJ will be joining us to play some classic ‘oldies and goldies’ for all to enjoy
– A Scottish piper will introduce all bands
– A Limited edition “Two Tams” cocktail containing their favourite tipples-not for the feint hearted!
