At OGV Taproom we have a unique opportunity for a talented Premises Manager to join OGV and build their own Team. OGV Taproom will be opening our first bar in 2021. We are looking to recruit our first member of the OGV Team.
Premises Manager to run the show
The ideal candidate will run the day-to-day happenings in the bar. We are looking for an individual who is a solid people manager and team motivator with a love for working in a hands-on, busy paced environment and has a natural approach to engaging with guests and team members. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced person to take on this role. You will oversee the smooth operation of the OGV Taproom facilities and team, being responsible for stock, training, event bookings and retention and budgeting for the department. You will be key to building and growing the team within the bar.
OGV Taproom is a new business as part of the OGV Energy brand. It is important to liaise with the OGV team to incorporate business events such as Offshore Europe, and various other events/ client meetings into the OGV Taproom schedule.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent customer care skills and an exceptional level of stock knowledge including but not limited to, Food and Beverage.
Full time – Permanent
Bar opening planned to match government guidelines.
Hours: to be discussed
Holidays: 28 days per annum
